Getting Around

About town

The island is only 3 miles long and half a mile wide. If you opt out of the most popular form of transport, the golf cart, yet  still yearn for a little wind in your face as you get about town, then a bicycle rental may be for you. And they are the good old fashioned kind – pedal pushers i.e no gears……… and then Harbour Island is not quite as flat as it may have first seemed. You still have to brake for chickens.
